Writer Christopher Shaw Gives a Reading for U.S. Literature Students

On May 22, students in Nick Spengler's U.S. Literature III group attended a special reading and Q&A event with U.S. writer Christopher Shaw. Shaw read from his recently published memoir, The Crazy Wisdom, describing a decades-long friendship developed in the Adirondack Mountains of upstate New York. The central focus of the reading and discussion was the importance of place in shaping human experience—something all of us can relate to, no matter where we are from!
