The UAB Doctoral School holds a colloquium on women and science

Last Thursday 15^th February the UAB Doctoral School held a colloquium to increase visibility of the 2,455 first stage female researchers and 1,500 female supervisors of the UAB doctoral programmes.

During the session, discussion arose on gender imbalances, gender bias in recruitment and selection processes and gender perspective in research.

The Doctoral Schools would like to thank the participants, as well as all first stage female researchers and female thesis supervisors for their performance and hard work.
