Creation of the Research and Communication Working Group (GTRiC) at the Department of Clinical and Health Psychology
In March 2024, the Research and Communication Working Group (GTRiC) was born in the Department of Clinical and Health Psychology of the UAB. The creation of the GTRiC is an initiative of professors Susana Subirà and Ana Barajas, Director and Secretary, respectively, of the Department of Clinical and Health Psychology. The coordination of the team has been delegated to Prof. Juan Vicente Luciano, who has a team of predoctoral and postdoctoral researchers from the department.
The main mission of the GTRiC is to promote and disseminate the research of our department through various initiatives and actions. We are currently working on the selection of the best article of the month published by the teaching staff, the organization of quarterly scientific seminars taught by staff of the department and the annual celebration of a scientific day of research in clinical and health psychology. We take this opportunity to advance that the first annual day will take place on Friday, November 8, 2024 (we will soon give more information about this event).
In short, with these initiatives, the GTRiC is expected to contribute significantly to the dynamization and dissemination of quality research that is currently being carried out in our department and that is a priority objective for the current Department Management.
La creació del GTRiC, es una iniciativa de les professores Susana Subirà i Ana Barajas, Directora i Secretària, respectivament, del Departament de Psicologia Clínica i de la Salut. La coordinació de l'equip a estat delegada en el professor Juan Vicente Luciano, que compta amb un equip d'investigadors/es predoctorals i postdoctorals del departament.
La missió principal del GTRiC és fomentar i fer difusió de la investigació del nostre departament mitjançant diverses iniciatives i accions. Actualment estem treballant en la selecció del millor article del mes publicat pel professorat, l'organització de seminaris científics de periodicitat trimestral impartits per personal del departament i la celebració anual d'una jornada científica de recerca en psicologia clínica i de la salut. Aprofitem per avançar que la primera jornada anual tindrà lloc el divendres 8 de novembre del 2024 (pròximament donarem més informació sobre aquest esdeveniment).
En definitiva, amb aquestes iniciatives, el GTRiC s'espera que contribueixi significativament a la dinamització i difusió de la recerca de qualitat que actualment es desenvolupa al nostre departament i que és un objectiu prioritari per l'actual Direcció del departament.
