Sascha Kraus (Free University of Bozen-Bolzano) will present his research “The Role of Entrepreneurial Orientation in Family Firms."
Abstract:
The presentation will examine the key factors that contribute to the success of family businesses, focusing on how entrepreneurial behaviors, governance, and family dynamics influence financial performance. Based on academic research and empirical findings, it will explore how successful family firms integrate innovation, proactiveness, and risk management, while also addressing crucial aspects such as succession planning and family involvement.
