Research activities

  • Main line of research: Economics of organisations and human resource departments.
  • Publication of more than 30 papers in national and international journals, and supervision of 4 doctoral theses.
  • Member of R&D research teams funded by the Ministry of Research since 1991, subsequently leading projects from 2007 onwards.
  • Member of the research team "Business Efficiency and Competitiveness Group" since 1996. This group has Recognised Research Group status from the Government of Catalonia.
