Internships
The internships are a postgraduate training program aimed at veterinary graduates who wish to deepen their knowledge and acquire experience in the small animal clinic or equine clinic. They are a very valuable training to improve professionally before joining the labor market and essential for all those veterinarians who aspire to continue with a residency program.
During the 12 months of the internship, the students of the course go through the different clinical services of the hospital to familiarize themselves with different specialties of veterinary medicine at the hands of the best professionals, including 18 European and American graduates and 16 residents. The internship program requires the exclusive dedication of the intern.
In parallel to the rotations for the different clinical services, the interns perform night and weekend shifts. They also participate in the training of students for the veterinary degree and the veterinary technical assistant course.
In addition to his immersion in clinical practice, the intern receives theoretical training in the form of seminars, theoretical-practical sessions, discussion of scientific articles and clinical cases, etc.
