UV C Demo
The main objective of the UV C Demo project has been the transfer of technical knowledge of UV-C technology to the Catalan agri-food sector, to obtain safe liquid foods from a microbiological point of view, and with their organoleptic characteristics perfectly preserved. For the Catalan agri-food industry, the adoption of this technology also represents the opportunity to develop highly innovative foods, allowing them to differentiate themselves from their competition.
