- Hospital Clínic Veterinari for small and larrge animals, open 365 days a year, with the largest number of licensed specialists in all of Spain. Equiped with the latest diagnosis technology tools (ressonance imaging, gammagraphy, tomography, etc.)
- Farm Services and Experimental Fields, academic support to the faculty and the research conducted in different UAB departments and institutes.
- Necropsy Hall and Veterinary Pathology Diagnosis Service (SDPV), offering anatomopathological and histopathological diagnoses to the Hospital Clínic Veterinari and the Farm Services, as well as to external entities.
- Animal Health Research Centre (CReSA), for research and development in the animal health field. Collaborations among the UAb, the IRTA and the private sector.
- Special Research Centre / Food Technology Plant (CERPTA), for academic and research activities dedicated to developing technological and quality aspects in the food sector.

The main areas of employment for graduates are:

Erasmus +
The Erasmus program provides students enrolled in European universities academic stay in another European university ( three months to a full academic year ) and the subsequent recognition of their studies abroad.
Currently offered 52 seats distributed in a total of 26 agreements with universities in Norway, Finland, Sweden, Germany , France, Belgium, Netherlands , Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary , Italy and Portugal.

UAB Program
The program provides UAB students the oportunity to enrolled in another University OUT of Europe, and the subsequent recognition of their studies abroad.
We currently have agreements with the U.S., Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Canada, Australia and Chile.
Professional training
The purpose of the pre-professional practice is to make the students learn different careers closely and apply the principles and methodologies to veterinary thereby acquire the skills and competencies described in the general objectives of the title.
These practices are carried out in the form of pre-professional independent clinical rotation, and a final assessment of skills in university veterinary hospitals, clinics vendors, farms, pilot plants, departments with devices intended for teaching degree in veterinary practice and stays veterinary establishments, slaughterhouses, companies and organizations.
