Lecture on Institutional Communication and Protocol by Marc Bataller

The conference, entitled How to manage a crisis? Institutional communication and protocol, will be given by Marc Bataller, Secretary of the Media and Diffusion of the Generalitat, on Wednesday 13 March at 6pm in the Aula Magna of the Faculty of Communication Sciences. This activity is organized jointly with the Department of Advertising, Public Relations and Audiovisual Communication of the faculty and is aimed at students, professors and members of the university community interested in the subject.

Bataller, with extensive experience in the field of public communication, offers a unique opportunity to deepen in key strategies and techniques to face crisis situations effectively and professionally. His talk will address the main aspects of crisis management in the framework of institutional communication, providing a detailed vision of how to deal with these situations efficiently.
